Abstract

Operating system has began to divides the system resources to many programs simultaneously to improve system performance. But when the system runs without resource sharing, an error in the program  will only cause problems in the program. Along with development of the operating system, then the overall control  system is given to the operating system. In general, the memory need to be protected for the operating system accesses protected from user programs and also to protect user programs with one another. The program – a program the user can access directly to the Central Processing Unit to execute intructions. When a program error appears, the operating system must abnormally terminate the program, provide appropriate error messages, and frees memory used by the program. Abstract

PT. X is a company which operates in electronics and furniture financing. As a finance company, the major concern is how to get as many debtors who have a strong commitment to repay provided financing. Decision Support System is one of the uses of computer technology which is able to help in a decision making. The loan officers are required precision, accuracy and responsibility in determining the admissibility of such financing in order to the management of PT. X wills not loss. One way to determine a accepted or not accepted financing is by building up a system that can facilitate the management in assessing of feasibility of the filling of financing by debtors using Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method. It is known that by Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method implementation will simplify for the management in financing decision making whether receive or not from debtors’ filing.Keyword: Fuzzy Inference System, Mamdani Method, Filling of credit

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human mindset called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. This research uses the method of inference of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system in determining the placement of midwife of the non permanent employee. Where to get the output is done stages The establishment of the Fuzzy set, Application function implication, Composition rule, and affirmation (Defuzzyfikasi). A non-permanent midwife is a midwife who is not a civil servant, appointed by an authorized official to carry out the task in the course of implementing a government program. Software development method in this application using Waterfall method with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. This application aims to assist the Dinas Kesehatan in selecting prospective midwives of nonpermanent employees. The result of the implementation of the Fuzzy method in this application is to display the output of the employee midwife is not fixed in accordance with the predefined criteria.Keywords: Implementation, Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Non-Permanent Employee Midwife

Abstract

Logic holds an important role in Computer Academic  is used as a basic for programming language, Data Base, Artificial Intelligent, Software Engineering, and etc. Logic is one of knowledge which can’t stand alone. It can be used to evaluate and organize the structure of arguments and statements which are collected from the study of the argument and formal system effect to daily human language. Normal form is a standard form for the expression of logic The standard form is meant is that all forms of logic expressions can be simplified by using the basic couplingsØ, Ù, and Ú. Normal form is two which is disjunctive and konjungtive. Disjunctive  Normal form using couplings disjunction of conjunction while wearing couplings konjungtive Normal Form. of  the disjunction of conjunctions. Abstract

Empowerment of rural / urban, institutional strengthening needs to be done, increased motivation and self-help mutual aid society in rural / urban . So as to assess the success of rural development / urban, race needs to be done in a focused, coordinated, integrated and sustainable. Assessment is done by comparing the race developmental level two (2) years based on the profile data villagers/villages in accordance with the assessment indicators. Decision support system race village/sub can overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings of the implementation of the previous rac. This new system can be done quickly, open and competitive despite the relatively large amount of data but the accuracy of the calculation and reporting can be achieved as much as possible. So the time efficiency in the execution and completion of the report will be better. Abstract

Logic is one of knowledge which can’t stand alone. Quantifier is a sentence that conatains that quantity of expression involved eg existing objects, all, some, not all, and others. Quantifier consists of two forms Universal Quantifier and Existensial Quantifier. Universal Quantifier has the word -  a word that implies a general and comprehensive while Existensial Quantifier have words – words that contain some sprecial meaning. Domain of quantifier interpretation is very important to determine the type of quantifier which would be used and affect its symbol. Abstract

Osteopororsis is rotten bones, which is a disease that signed by the shortage of low bone mass, also bone micro arsitexture disorder and decreasing of bone tissue quality. Those signs causes bone fragility therefore it is easily broken. Osteoporosis can be detected by certain tool through radiology chek up. Because the tool is still limited and also the check up and the tool quite expensive, so the community do not understand the osteoporosis disease. The diagnose system application of osteoporosis at women uses Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method. This method is choosen to do the diagnose of osteoporosis has 5 variables, such as age, activity, calsium, height, and weight. Each variable has 3 fuzzy group, from all group it is taken 27 fuzzy rules and then used in inference step. At inference step, it is searched the antecendent membership value (α) and diagnose score (z) from each rule. This system creates recommendation value which is the information of the diagnose of osteoporosis therefore it is able to know the type of osteoporosis that is suffered. Beside that it also gives the information of how to handling and treatment of osteoporosis. Key Words :Osteoporosis, Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Inference System TsukamotoÂ
